WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be as happy wearing ZOUKA as we are making them. That's why our Happiness Guarantee covers free returns (including free shipping) with no time limit. If you'd like to return your Zouka Socks please contact us

 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?

Once you speak to Customer Happiness representative about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email within a few minutes. 

 

Simply print out the label, attach it to a bag with the items you’re returning along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days. 

 

If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.

 

If you’d like your return label to sent to you by physical mail, just let us know!

Indeed you can! If you reach out to us within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately. Otherwise, we can always help you return or exchange any item thanks to our Happiness Guarantee.
